Escape Rooms are an experience everyone should try: a life-sized adventure game!

You and your friends are placed in a room for 60 minutes during a high-stakes scenario. You must solve a series of fun, yet challenging puzzles to complete your mission before time runs out! Failure means imprisonment, impending danger, or an altogether very bad ending.

Hints and clues are provided to help you and your team solve the puzzles and make your escape. You will have to use your wits, creativity, and team-work to regain your freedom.

Each player pays $29 plus tax for our 60 minute escape rooms.
Absolutely! Each room is fully bilingual.
You should book for the total number of people in your group, so that each of your teammates slots are secured.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time for orientation and processing. Late arrivals may have their time in the room shortened, or their booking cancelled, so other groups aren’t impacted.
The entire experience will take about one hour and fifteen minutes, and your team will have 60 minutes to make your escape.
For late arrivals, we may need to shorten your play time as the rooms run continuously and our staff needs time to prepare each group’s escape.
We ask that all participants be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 can still play, but they must have a parent or guardian with them to sign and give permission to play or accompany the group within the room.
If you have any players under 18 years old and their parent/guardian won’t be attending, please make sure they bring a pre-signed copy of this Under 18 Waiver Form, signed by a parent or guardian.
The smallest group able to book is 2 people.

Yes, absolutely! The smallest group able to book is two people for most rooms. You’re more than welcome to come with any number of players above the minimum.

All bookings are automatically made private for you and your team. The only people in your escape room will be those you came with.

No, we take care of that for you. All bookings are automatically private; so once you book, your team won't be joined by anyone else.
Certainly, please contact us with any inquiries and we'll be happy to help. These groups are still subject to room availability, so don’t forget to check our booking schedule for your dates.
Of course. Please feel free to either use the "View / Change Booking" button near the bottom of your confirmation email. You can also send us a message, or give us a call for any changes to your group size. As long as you have not been matched up with another group, you can add people. You must give us 24 hours notice for a cancellation, a reduction in numbers, or if you would like to reschedule (rescheduling is based on current availability).

Yes, you may cancel and receive a refund up to 24 hours before your booking, or with seven (7) days notice for large bookings. You may also move your booking to another day or time with that same amount of notice. You can make these changes using the “View / Change Booking” button near the bottom of your confirmation email.

Please confirm your numbers before booking, missing members of a reservation will be charged for on arrival.

If you don’t show up for your booking, without letting us know at least 24 hours in advance (per the cancellation instructions on this page), then your time slot can no longer be booked by another team, and as a result your card will be charged a fee in the amount of the minimum number of players required to book the room (two players for most rooms, or four players for other rooms), minus the amount of your deposit.

It would be best to let us know ahead of time, though, using the instructions on this page (found under “Can we cancel our reservation?”).

Yes, we do use fog machines in certain rooms. Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to know which rooms use a fog machine. Otherwise, we'd like to keep it as a surprise. ;-)
