The Last Resort escape room in Ottawa is a spooky 60-minute game in Ottawa’s ByWard Market. Designed for groups of 4 to 8 players, it takes place inside an eerie, deserted motel and has a medium difficulty rating.
The good news is, you can ask for as many hints as you need! That makes Last Resort manageable even if it’s your first escape room.
Here’s The Story…
You and your friends are on a road trip, driving late into the night along on a dimly lit gravel road…
You hear a loud noise, and your car starts acting funny. You pull over to inspect.
Four flat tires…
Only one spare.
Thankfully, just up ahead, you see an old motel with the lights on.
You enter, hoping to find some shelter for the night. But there’s no one there to check you in, and the door has locked behind you!
The four flat tires should’ve been a clue — you’ve been caught in a trap! Can you make it out before it’s too late?
NOTE: This room may be considered scary, contains jump scares, and uses a fog machine.
Age Requirements for This Escape Game
Jigsaw Escape Rooms requires a signed parent or guardian waiver for every player under 18. All participants should be at least 18 years old. Younger players can play as long as they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian may also pre-sign a waiver to allow the minor to participate. “We did The Last Resort and The Haunting of Noriko and both were very good!! Not too difficult and not too scary which was nice. We were able to escape both rooms with great times and each puzzle was pretty easy! The workers were great as well. They explained the rules easily and were very nice. Will come back again!”
